These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Sinolink service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
Service — the Sinolink software product available at sinolink.pro. Operator — the private individual who operates the Service. User — a person who has been granted access to the Service.
2. Subject matter
The Service provides tools to support purchasing in China: supplier search, correspondence, classification of goods under the EAEU Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (TN VED), customs value calculation and preparation of document packages. The Service is auxiliary in nature; final decisions are made by the User.
3. Access
Access to the Service is granted to a limited circle of operators according to a list maintained by the Operator. Sign-in is via a Google account. The User undertakes to keep access to their account confidential.
4. User rights and obligations
The User undertakes to use the Service for lawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt unauthorised access and not to enter knowingly false data. The Operator may restrict access if these Terms are breached.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, its software code, design and materials belong to the Operator. Use of the Service does not transfer any exclusive rights to the User.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Calculations, TN VED classification, value estimates and other information, including information generated using algorithms and third-party data, are for reference only and do not constitute an official opinion. The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the Service’s data or for any resulting losses, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination of access
The Operator may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Service, including for a breach of these Terms or for technical reasons.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may change these Terms. The current version is published at this address together with its effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
