Questions
Are customs payments calculated by a neural network?
No. Amounts are calculated by a calculator over official rates: same data, same amount, to the kopeck. The neural network only decides what to calculate and explains the result.
How fresh are the rates?
The HS nomenclature, tariff, taxes and fees are stored with their history of changes, so the calculation uses the rates of the day in question. The answer shows the data date; if it lags the calculation date by more than a month, the agent warns you.
How is the declaration filed?
The agent prepares the declaration and checks it against FCS rules. You file it — through the FCS online portal with the company's electronic signature.
Does the agent really write to suppliers itself?
Yes, on your behalf — from your email or messenger. It asks for prices and terms, clarifies details and comes back with a result or a question for you.
Which goods does it handle?
Anything with an HS code — from machine tools to consumables. Imports from China into Russia are covered best.
What happens to our data?
Only your account sees your deals, correspondence and files. Passwords and access keys are stored encrypted. Request texts are processed by language models from external providers.
