1. Data controller

The Service is operated by a private individual (the “Operator”). For any questions related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Operator by email at admin@sinolink.pro.

2. What data we process

Account data. You sign in to the Service with a Google account. On authorisation we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. This data is used to identify the user and grant access.

Data entered during use. While working, you may enter information about requests, counterparties, correspondence and related materials into the Service. It is processed to the extent necessary to provide the services.

Technical data. To keep the Service running and secure, technical information is processed automatically, including access logs and session data.

3. Purposes of processing

• providing access to the Service and authenticating users;
• providing the services and keeping the Service running;
• ensuring security and preventing unauthorised access;
• contacting the user about the operation of the Service.

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, on the basis of the consent given when using the Service, and for the performance of obligations to the user.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers (infrastructure and technical contractors) engaged to operate the Service, solely to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions, and in cases provided for by law. Data received through a Google account is used in accordance with Google’s policies and is not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Service.

6. Storage and protection

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or for the period established by law. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and destruction.

7. Cookies

The Service uses one strictly necessary cookie (SINOLINK_JWT) to maintain an authenticated session — without it, signing in to the Service is impossible. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to admin@sinolink.pro.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, together with its effective date.
